100- word reflection on Google's Goal

Of Google’s goal is to digitalize every book in the world. It allows everyone who uses the internet to read the book online without going to a bookstore. Google does not want to gain profit out of copying books to the digital internet, but improve Google’s site. Google’s plan is to digitalize at least 40 million books over the years. Google is not the only company that wants to digitalize books, but before Microsoft, and even Mac wanted to digitalize books. Although Google is copying the book without the permission of the author, the author that is being published on the internet will get some of the profit that the reader reads from.

100 Word Reflection

In, the chapter it was about how technology was developed in the 1960's. In the 1960's the hypertext link, hypertext, and html were developed. I think that was important because it helped us send communications to people around the world at that time, and helped discover new things in the world by people posting new things. Without that technology, it would not help us in the society world in the present day. At OxFord University in 1978 a scholar help build a processor to help the computer run faster, and better. So what I'm tryin to say is, without the potential that we had in the 1960's it would be alot much slower to develop to reach things by now.
